Novolux Lighting Scores 8.23 Out of 10 in its Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

Last September Novolux Lighting conducted its annual customer satisfaction survey and obtained an average score of 8.23, with the treatment received by the staff being the best rated with 8.8 out of 10. In second and third place, customers rated how easy it is to contact the company and the quality of the material delivery with 8.6 and 8.5 respectively.

On the other hand, the Novolux website and private area experience received an average score of 8.1, with order tracking and stock availability being the most highly rated.



More than 60% of customers say they are familiar with the custom luminaire manufacturing service for projects.

Finally, regarding the assessment of product quality and design, although all Novolux Lighting brands (Indeluz, Exo, Dopo and Cristher) obtain a score higher than remarkable, the best positioned brand in this aspect is Cristher. In terms of price rating, all the brands are also rated similarly. However, the one with the best score in this aspect is Dopo.
